We appreciated rooms and comfort, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. If you like the downtown area, then it would be a super base for you. Spectacular customer service from waitstaff! Quick check-in. We would definitely return here, if traveling to Kingston.

the staff was helpful and the stay certainly was great value. our room was large and the bed was comfortable.
